A 2017 James Beard Foundation "Best New Restaurant" semifinalist, Saint Leo is inspired by owner Emily Blount’s dream of serving food the way her mother did—with generosity and attention to detail. Emily was born and raised in Northern California and spent over a decade in New York City before putting down roots in Oxford. Saint Leo combines Emily’s love of big city style and small town hospitality with the earthy simplicity of wood-fired Italian cooking. We are committed to sustainability, local purveyors, and the pleasure of eating delicious food in good company. At Saint Leo we believe that nothing is better for community than eating locally, from scratch, and in tune with the seasons.

RESERVATIONS

All seating is walk-in, and we only seat complete parties. We are not currently accepting reservations. Come in any time!

We split checks a maximum of six ways.

We do not allow outside beverages to be brought into the restaurant.  We also kindly request there be no outside food. If you do wish to bring in your own celebratory dessert, there will be a cake plating fee of $2 per person.

Cocktail Party and Talk with

Brad Thomas Parsons

Join us November 6th from 6-7:30pm at St. Leo Lounge for a talk and cocktail party with James Beard Award-winning author Brad Thomas Parsons. Parsons is author of “Bitters,” “Amaro,” and his latest book “Last Call” gathers intriguing responses from bartenders on their closing time rituals and drinks.

Parsons will talk with John T. Edge, Joseph Stinchcomb, and John Spreafico. Tickets are $25 and include entry, a cocktail, and snacks. After 7:30pm, the Lounge will open to the public for more cocktails and a special menu.

Let Saint Leo bring Northern Mississippi's only mobile, wood-fired pizza oven right to you! We cater every type of event and are dedicated to bringing delicious, locally sourced, responsibly raised food to your table.

THE HOUSE IS YOURS

Our 72 seat restaurant is also available for rent. 

TAILGATING

Tailgating might be the last pure art and we are pleased to offer a special to-go menu designed expressly for this purpose. To make things even easier, you can order it online. Click here to check it out.
